The accreditation Team according to Professor Nurudden looked at the entire academic curriculum curriculum to determine its adequacy in terms of the expected professional requirements of the programme as well as staff -to -students ratios.

At the end of the exercise, the accreditation visitation Team observed that the engineering programmes of NDA have adequate physical facilities and infrastructure such as staff rooms, classroom, laboratories, workshop as well as lectures theatres for training of engineering students.

Other positive feedback from COREN include adequate, highly committed, motivated and competent lecturers and that majority of the academic staff are COREN registered. The Team also noticed that admission requirements are followed strictly.Every cadet admitted met minimum requirements set by both Joint Admission and Matriculation Board as well as COREN.

This is the first time NDA is hosting OBE accreditation. Being recognized for this feat places the NDA among the few institutions in Nigeria that have
attained this standard.

The positive feedback from the COREN’s visit is a testament to the strategic guidance of the Commandant NDA Major General JO Ochai and the hard work and dedication put in by the faculty and staff at the NDA.
