Dr Owolabi Joshua Adeyemi Lecturer I Department of Physics, Nigerian Defence Academy Kaduna. Research interest : Using Density Functional Theory (DFT) and Density Functional Perturbation Theory with various DFT codes coupled with quantum and semi classical theories in Computational condensed matter physics to investigate physical and electronics properties of sold and molecules for renewable energy material, thin film solar cell.
