Mrs Halima Kure Etsu-Ndagi was employed into the services of NDA on 6 Jan 14, as System Analyst/Programmer I to the Directorate of Information and Communication Technology and was later redeployed in Jul 14 to the Department of Computer Science as Assistant Lecturer. She has a BSc in Software Engineering from University of East London, in 2010, and an MSc Degree in Information Security and Computer Forensics from the University of East London in 2012. . She is currently undergoing her PhD programme in Cyber Security at the University of East London, United Kingdom.
