Juliet Hassana Okibayi Muoneme is a trained, registered, ardent, dynamic professional teacher with twenty years’ experience, a mentor and a member of Science Teachers Association of Nigeria (STAN). She holds the following degrees: PhD and M.Ed. in Science Education (Specialization in Biology) from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, B.Sc. Microbiology (Bayero University Kano)and presently on Post- Doctoral Studies in Policies on Education and Implementation. She is a lecturer in VERITAS University, Abuja, where she is currently the Head of Department, Science Education and teaches the following courses: Research Methods and Statistics, School Science Laboratory and Research Project in Education among others. She is also a Facilitator for National Open University of Nigeria, Abuja.
