Maj IT Tukur is a trained Teacher from Federal College of Education Zaria where he obtained Nigeria Certificate in Education, A graduate of Education from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. He Holds Master of Education in Educational Administration and Planning from the same Institution. He is a Member of the following Organizations: Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria and Nigerian Army Resource Centre. Major Tukur is the Assistant Head of Centre on Content Design and Programme Delivery of the Centre for Critical Thinking Teaching and Learning Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna.
