GO Legbeti is a Lecturer I in the Department of Psychology, Nigerian Defence Academy Kaduna. She has her secondary education in Baptist High School Jos, Plateau State. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Jos, M.Sc in Industrial/Organisational Psychology from the University of Ibadan and Ph.D in Industrial/Organisational Psychology from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. She is also a member of the Nigerian Psychological Association (NPA), Nigerian Association of Industrial/Organisational Psychologists (NAIOP) and Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria (CIPMN). Legbeti currently serves the Department of Psychology NDA as the Undergraduate Project Coordinator and the Postgraduate Coordinator.
Legbeti’s areas of interest includeissues relating to psychology and its applications to employees and the workplace. Employee wellbeing, stress management& prevention, psychological test development for recruitment, selection &management, psychological issues related to retirement, employee retention, employee development (training), psychological interventions, employee job satisfaction, engagement and performance management.
