Dr Haruna Garba was employed as Assistant Lecturer in August 1998. He obtained his B.Sc in Civil & Water Resources Engineering from University of Maiduguri in 1994, M.Sc Engineering in Water Resources & Environmental Engineering from ABU Zaria in 2004 and PhD in Hydrology & River Dynamics from NDA in 2015. He was promoted to the rank of Lecturer II in 2007 and Lecturer I in 2009. He was last promoted to the rank of Senior Lecturer in Oct 16. Dr Garba is registered with COREN and a member of Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE).
