Duyile-Akinniyi Praise Fisayo, is a lecturer with the Department of Political Science, Faculty of Social Science, Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), Kaduna. She is currently undergoing a PhD in Comparative Politics and Development Studies in the University of Benin, Edo State. She obtained her M.Sc. Comparative Politics and Development Studies from the department of Political Science, University of Benin. She also obtained a B.Sc, Political Science (Second Class Upper Division), from the Department of Political Science, Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti in 2008.As an academic staff of Political Science, NDA, Duyile-Akinniyi apart from being a class teacher, is a member of the departmental examination and welfare committees. She offers a number of courses: Introduction to Comparative Politics; Development Administration; Threat Analysis; Nigerian Government and Politics; Gender and Conflict Management, among others.
Duyile-Akinniyi has some published and working papers in prestigious books and academic journals, and has served as speaker and discussant in leadership conferences.
