Dr Abimbola Olatunde Odumosu
He possesses M.Sc. and PhD in Transportation with bias in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport [FCILT] London
He has over 32 year’s cognate experience in the field of Transportation, Logistics and Supply Chain Management. In addition, he has published Research and Technical papers in Transportation and Logistics Management at both National and International Transport Conferences and Journals.
His working experience with FGN started with the Federal Urban Mass Transit Agency [FUMTA] in June 1991 as Traffic/Planning Officer 1.
He transferred his service to the Nigerian Institute of Transport Technology (NITT), in December, 2001. At NITT Zaria he became the Head, Urban Transportation Research Group, under Sustainable Research Programme of the Institute in 2002 and Head Programme Coordination in 2006.
He became the Director, Research and Consultancy (R & C) Department in year 2009 and later Director of Transport School in 2012 at the Institute.
He became acting Director General/Chief Executive Officer of the Institute in March 2018.
He left the service of the Institute in May 2019 after attaining the mandatory age of sixty years.
He is now a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Logistics and Supply Chain Management in Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna.
