Mrs Aisha Ajoke Abdussalam is a lecturer with the Department of Political Science, Nigerian Defence Academy Kaduna. She is currently running her PhD in Public Administration at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna. She obtained her M.Sc. Public Administration and B.Sc. Public Administration (Second class Upper Division) both from the Department of Public Administration, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.Aisha joined the services of NDA as an Assistant Lecturer in April 2017. She is currently a lecturer II in the Department of Political Science. She served as the Departmental Examination Officer from 2018-2021. She also served as the Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration Coordinator from April 2019 to Jan 2022. She is currently the Departmental Academic Committee Welfare Chairperson and Undergraduate Level Coordinator for 200 level cadets. She offers a number of courses: Nigeria Constitutional Development, Introduction to International Relations, Threat Analysis, Contemporary Political Analysis, Public Administration in Nigeria. At the Postgraduate diploma level, she offers: Introduction to Public Policy Analysis, Administrative Law and Ethics, Local government Administration, Elements of Peace Support Operations and Elements of Peacebuilding.
Aisha has published in journals of repute, attended and presented papers in conferences in Nigeria. She is happily married.
