The Commandant NDA, Major General MT Ibrahim, has urged newly promoted military officers not to disappoint the Army, the nation or themselves by doing what they know is counterproductive to the military.

Represented by his Deputy, Air vice Marshal OS NTUKUGU, the Commandant stated this on the occasion of the decoration of newly promoted officers from the rank of Majors to Lieutenant Colonels at the Academy headquarters, recently.

Major General MT Ibrahim said as they now carry the rank of Battalion Commanders, mistakes hitherto condoned from then would no longer be condoned; as such they should double check their actions and instructions to their subordinates.
